This enables us to provide our clients with some

As it goes in this business, sometimes we are
the direct lender and sometimes we broker the
loan to one of our private lenders or investors.
If we do end up brokering the deal, we are happy
to pay you a referral fee or split our fee with
you, depending on how involved you want to be in
