Our
Process
We try to keep commercial
loans as simple as possible. That's why we follow this
methodology to determine what type of loan it is, then determine
the appropriate lending partners to give us a general idea of
what the loan will look like. Once we agree that this is
the loan to pursue, we help you package the loan and get the
deal done as quickly as possible.
Step 1:
Submit the Express Loan Summary
To get things started, download our Express Loan Summary
form and fax it back to us at 512.233.0552. Include any
supporting documents that you might have such as 1003 loan
applications, tri-merge credit reports, pictures of the
property, executive summary and/or appraisals. We will
review the documents and usually contact you within 24 hours.
Step 2:
Identify the best Investors for the loan
We have built a national network of lenders that specialize
in each loan type, whether it is multi-family, mixed use,
construction, retail, etc. and that may specialize in certain
geographical areas of the U.S. We will determine which
investors to contact and see if they have interest in the loan
and get an idea of the terms of the loan. We will then
contact you with the best terms available through our network.
We will work with you to gather all of the documents required
for a term letter.
Step 3:
Submit the Loan Package to
Underwriting
We will work with you to
package the loan and review all documents prior to submitting
the package to the lender. Once the package is in
underwriting, we will be the point-of-contact for the lender as
well as you to help manage the process and as well as the
communications.
